Control Mode
The system has two control modes: manual and automatic (i.e., power frequency and variable frequency). Use the changeover switch to select whether Pump 1 or Pump 2 is allowed to operate.
* In manual control mode, the pump motor can be started and stopped directly. Manual mode also features an automatic operation function: when the pressure is higher than the upper limit pressure set by the electrical contact pressure gauge, the system shuts down automatically; when the pressure is lower than the lower limit pressure set by the electrical contact pressure gauge, the system starts automatically. The system is equipped with an overheat protection function.
* In automatic control mode, the control is jointly completed by the frequency converter and the remote pressure gauge. The system pressure can be set at any time. When the actual pressure is lower than the set pressure, the frequency converter automatically adjusts the output frequency to make the motor accelerate; when the pressure is near the set value, the motor automatically decelerates gradually to keep the system pressure stable near the set value.
The system has a sleep function. When there is no water consumption from the outside and the sleep delay time is exceeded, the frequency converter will automatically reduce its frequency to 0Hz. When the system pressure is lower than the sleep wake-up pressure, the system will start automatically to meet the on-site domestic needs. The system is equipped with status indication during operation.
